This sets rules for restricted weapons and high-energy airguns.

What's changing
- Weapons listed in the Schedule are declared restricted weapons.
- Larc International Model 19A and Model M19-AMP airguns are declared high-energy airguns.
- Specified pre-charged pneumatic air rifles are declared high-energy airguns.
- Airsoft and paintball airguns in their manufactured configuration are excluded from that definition.
Who's affected
People who own, use, sell, or deal with the listed weapons or airguns may be affected.
When
The order takes effect on 23 September 2026.
