- Account holders appointing a primary representative must provide a signed statement instead of a declaration.
- Account holders adding a joint account holder must provide a signed statement instead of a declaration.

People who hold or apply for accounts under the Climate Change (Unit Register) Regulations 2008 are affected.
When
The changes take effect on 1 January 2027.
